About Darin Markarian

Born and raised in Southern California, Darin's father taught him early in his life about the benefits of excelling in whatever course you follow. He first displayed the influence of this lesson on the baseball field, where he was an outstanding All-Star pitcher in Little League and during high school.  Following college, Darin was working in the finance department for a health care management company when his brother persuaded him to come to work for him at his mortgage company. There, Darin learned the business from the ground up, displaying a natural ability while quickly ascending the production ladder to reach the company's top-producer rung.

"I've always been analytical in my thinking, and in the mortgage business, it was like a duck taking to water… a perfect fit".

When his brother's business was sold, Darin moved to Simi Valley and joined CFC Mortgage Bankers to continue his career path. And as before, it didn't take long for Darin's hard work and exceptional service to propel him into the position of being a top producer at the company. But regardless of where Darin has excelled, he credits a portion of his success to the very simple "golden rule" which he learned during his youth: "Treat people the way you want to be treated": A lesson he teaches to his two children, and one which has earned him the trust of all those who he has had the privilege of doing business with.
